Morning calm
Skyscrapers of all shapes and sizes
Stretching and flexing
Their man-made limbs
With such effortless grace and beauty
Reaching up as far as they can
So far above the city's noise and distractions
To touch the pale placid face
Of the morning sky
And bathe in it's calm, blue serenity
