About

The Jaedees play acoustic funky percussive tunes with contagious melodies and close harmonies.

Kev Dev and Hanna Vink met each other in the Concorde 2 where they both performed regulary and they started writing and playing in the early summer of 2005. As Kev Dev has a Dutch grand-grandmother and Hanna is from the land of the Dutch, they clicked instantly and could share their passion for Dutch music.

They have been gigging regularly around Brighton in venues including Joogleberry Playhouse, Ocean Rooms, Above Audio, The Providence, The Sanctuary, The Arthouse and The Fringe Bar. Recently they started playing with Bassist Simon Key and drummer/percussionist Mo and backing vocals as well and now perform as the 'The Jaedees'.
